We were blown away when we were asked by Jerwood Gallery to lead a group of local women in making a banner for the nationwide mass participation artwork PROCESSIONS; celebrating 100 years since women first gained the right to vote. The high profile project was managed by Artichoke and 14-18 NOW, who have worked with artists such as Jeremy Deller to bring thought provoking, large scale, performance art to life. One hundred arts organisations across the country were commissioned to create the banners - Jerwood Gallery being one of the selected - and all the organisations marched in key cities across the country.
